Must be far from dense community areas away from the river Canals and chemical storage buildings must be structurally sound. There is a good ventilation system. There is an emergency exit. Chemicals can be stored safely. Must be insulated and not easily flammable. Must have a basic internal fire extinguishing system. And there must be a lightning rod in addition. Chemical storage must be separated according to type. Explosive chemicals must be stored separately from other substances where possible by law. There wouldn’t be repeated fires on a daily basis. The most important thing lies with the officials in charge. Must perform duties in strictness Follow up and inspect the factory Practice emergency response plans with factory owners regularly if practical.
